Team Mongolia Set for Bangkok as Rising Stars Prepare for Asian Boxing U19 & U22 Championships

Mongolia has confirmed a strong and promising squad for the upcoming Asian Boxing U19 and U22 Boxing Championships, set to take place in Bangkok from July 30 to August 12, 2025.
Led by Head Coach Ganzorig Tundev and supported by Coach Bat-Ochir Ayurzana and Team Manager Zolboo Narmandakh, the Mongolian delegation features a total of 17 athletes, including some of the country’s most exciting young prospects.
Among the U19 Men, Bayar-Erdene Bayanmunkh (47–50kg), Manal Tsendbaatar (55kg), Amgalanbaatar Bulgankhuu (60kg), Tengis Ariunbaat (65kg), Nyam-Ochir Battumur (70kg), and Jantsankhorol Nasanbayar (80kg) will compete for continental titles, alongside reserve boxers ready to step in when needed.
In the women’s U19 division, Mongolia is represented by a talented lineup including Lkham Tsendbaatar (45–48kg), Suvd-Erdene Bayanmunkh (51kg), Urangoo Erdeneshagai (57kg), and Zolboo Sainbayar (70kg).
The U22 team showcases experience and skill with Nomundari Enkh-Amgalan (51kg), Dulgunsaiikhan Kharkhuu (55kg), Munkh-Erdene Erdenebold (60kg), Purevdorj Damdindorj (65kg), Binderiya Sodon-Od (45–48kg), Nomundari Enkh-Amgalan (51kg), and Gerelsaikhan Davaa (57kg) all set to take the ring in Bangkok.
With a well-balanced team across both age categories and genders, Mongolia’s participation reflects the nation’s growing investment in youth boxing and its ambition to nurture future champions on the continental and global stage.
The Bangkok championships mark a key milestone for these young boxers, offering a platform to compete against Asia’s finest under the governance of World Boxing.
