Asian Boxing Opens Call for Candidacy for Standing Committees and Commissions

Asian Boxing is pleased to announce the official Call for Candidacy for its Standing Committees and Commissions for the upcoming term.

All National Federations are invited to nominate qualified and eligible candidates in accordance with the Asian Boxing Statutes and Regulations. This call marks an important step in strengthening the governance structure and ensuring representation from across the continent in the Confederation’s advisory and operational bodies.

Committees and Commissions Open for Candidacy

1. Constitution Commission
2. Olympics Commission
3. Sport and Competition Commission
4. Athletes Commission
5. Medical and Anti-Doping Commission
6. Audit and Finance Commission
7. Judicial Commission

Each Commission will continue to play a vital role in advancing the Confederation’s mission of transparency, integrity, and athlete-centered development in the sport of boxing throughout Asia.

Mr. Darkhan Kzaibayev (Kazakhstan) – Chairperson, Audit & Finance Committee

Mr. Kit Long Lou (Macao) – Chairperson, Judicial Committee

The remaining committees and commissions are now open for nominations to further broaden the expertise and participation of Asian Boxing’s member federations.

All nomination documents must be received by November 5, 2025 (11:59 p.m. local time – Bangkok). Late submissions will not be considered.
