Asian boxers delivered a commanding performance across four competitive sessions held in Astana, further solidifying the continent’s growing influence on the international boxing stage. Athletes from India, Kazakhstan, Japan, Uzbekistan, Chinese Taipei, Mongolia, and Kyrgyzstan impressed with a series of strong victories that demonstrated both technical excellence and physical dominance.

India stood out with decisive wins across multiple weight classes, including confident performances from Sakshi, Hitesh, Jaismine, Nikhil Dubey, and Narender. Kazakhstan continued to assert itself as a powerhouse in the sport, with victories from Natalya Bogdanova, Makhmud Sabyrkhan—who won by stoppage—Sabyrzhan Akkalykov, and Aibek Oralbay. Japan’s Shunsuke Kitamoto and Rui Yamaguchi secured key wins, while Mongolia’s Lundaa Gantumur and Byamba-Erdene Otgonbaatar emerged victorious in closely contested bouts.
