Official Draw Completed as Asian Boxing Elite Championships Set to Begin in Ulaanbaatar

The official draw for the Asian Boxing Elite Boxing Championships has been conducted, with the opening competition schedule now confirmed.

Taking place at the ASA Arena in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, the championships will run from March 30 through to the finals on April 9 and 10.

The event brings together almost 200 boxers from 21 national federations across Asia, including 115 men and 79 women, highlighting the depth and competitiveness of the continent at the elite level.

This edition also marks the first official ranking competition held under a continental confederation within World Boxing, reinforcing its significance within the international boxing calendar.

Competition will begin on March 30, with 13 bouts scheduled on the opening day ahead of the official opening ceremony. The first day of action will feature contests in the women’s 51 kg and 54 kg weight categories, as well as the men’s 70 kg division.

With more than 20 Olympians competing, alongside emerging talents from across the region, the championships are set to deliver a high level of competition as Asia’s best boxers take to the ring in Ulaanbaatar.
