Asian Boxing U19 & U22 Boxing Championships 2025 announced

Asian Boxing, in collaboration with World Boxing and the Thailand Boxing Association, is proud to announce the upcoming Asian Boxing U19 & U22 Boxing Championships, set to take place from July 30 to August 12, 2025, at the iconic Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, Thailand.

This prestigious continental event will feature both male and female athletes in two age divisions:

U19 (born in 2007 or 2008)

U22 (born between 2004 and 2006)

Competitions will be held across a wide range of weight categories, with athletes vying for continental titles in the following classes:

🟡 U19 Weight Categories
Men: 47–50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, +90kg
Women: 45–48kg, 51kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, +80kg

🟡 U22 Weight Categories
Men: 47–50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, +90kg
Women: 45–48kg, 51kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, +80kg

National Federations have received official registration information via email. The deadline to register athletes and teams is July 5, 2025.

This Championship continues to build on the momentum of the inaugural continental events by Asian Boxing, offering a platform for Asia’s brightest young talents to compete at the highest level and prepare for global competitions under the Olympic-style boxing format.
