Ajay Singh Re-Elected as President of Boxing Federation of India; Pramod Kumar Elected Secretary General at 10th General Assembly

The Boxing Federation of India (BFI) successfully concluded its 10th General Assembly, where Mr. Ajay Singh was re-elected as President and Mr. Pramod Kumar was elected as Secretary General. The new Executive Board was also confirmed, marking a renewed chapter for Indian boxing.

The elections were conducted with full transparency and in a democratic spirit. World Boxing appointed Mr. Fairuz Mohamed, Chairperson of the Interim Committee and a member of the Asian Boxing Executive Board from Singapore, as a neutral observer. He praised the fairness of the process, commending BFI for ensuring integrity and inclusivity in its governance.

Following the elections, the newly re-elected President Ajay Singh formally felicitated Mr. Fairuz Mohamed, thanking him for his role in safeguarding fair and decisive elections.
